Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation by Customer

• You can cancel an order until it has been shipped.
• A custom order can be cancelled only within 6 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel, drop an email to customercare@myskjonline.com and mention your order number and cancellation reason.
• For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded back to the same account within 14 working days after deducting 10% as Online Payment Processing Fees. It can take up to two weeks to reflect your refund, kindly be patient.

Cancellation by Company

Every effort is made to fulfill your orders. However, under certain circumstances including stock limitations or inaccuracies/errors, we might be unable to process an order and have to cancel. If at all such a situation ever arises, we shall communicate to you. Any payment received will be refunded back to your payment method within 14 working days. Please note that in the event of an order cancellation initiated by us, our liability will be limited only to the refund of payment made by you and nothing more.

Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically

In general, shipments are in transit depending on ETA which will be stated upon ordering.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days upon the goods arriving to Malaysia / Singapore

Our customer service are working on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on prior holidays and any declared holidays by the federal, the business will be closed except sales. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Transit time internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 10- 20 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipment.

Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps
